1. Scope of Services

KonvertMax ("[COMPANY_NAME]") provides web design and development services, including but not limited to:

  • Local business websites (starting at $990)
  • Ecommerce websites (starting at $3,290)
  • Conversion optimization, SEO setup, and performance tuning

The specific scope of work for each project is defined in a written proposal or service agreement provided to the client prior to commencement.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are net prices. Applicable VAT (currently 19% in Germany) will be added.
  • A deposit of [DEPOSIT_PERCENTAGE, e.g., 50%] is due upon signing the service agreement.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery/handover.

4. Client Obligations

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom website.

6. Revisions
