Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

KonvertMax, a service of ROI Lane LLC, provides web design and development services, including but not limited to:

  • Local business websites (starting at $990)
  • Ecommerce websites (starting at $3,290)
  • Conversion optimization, SEO setup, and performance tuning

The specific scope of work for each project is defined in a written proposal or service agreement provided to the client prior to commencement.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices listed on our website are net prices. Applicable taxes will be added where required.
  • A deposit of 50% is due upon signing the service agreement.
  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery/handover.
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.

3. Delivery Timeline

Typical timelines:

  • Local Business Websites: 2–4 weeks
  • Ecommerce Websites: 4–8 weeks

Timelines depend on timely delivery of content and feedback from the client.

4. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

  • Provide all required content in a timely manner.
  • Provide feedback within 5 business days.
  • Ensure that all content provided is legally owned or licensed.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the custom website.
  • ROI Lane LLC retains the right to use the project in its portfolio.
  • Third-party assets remain subject to their respective licenses.

6. Revisions

Each project includes 2 rounds of revisions. Additional revisions are billed at $90/hour.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • The client may cancel at any time by written notice.
  • Before work begins: deposit refunded minus a $200 administrative fee.
  • After work begins: deposit is non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • No liability for indirect or consequential damages.
  • Total liability limited to the project amount paid.

9. Warranty

30-day warranty covering bugs and defects in delivered work.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the project.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. For clients in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
